Quang specializes in oil and gas, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, employment and corporate. Quang regularly advises corporations and State-owned enterprises SOEs in Vietnam on investment, operation, restructuring and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining DNAS, Quang worked as legal expert of Department of Legislation of Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development and later as an attorney at law in Bizconsult law firm.
Participated projects:
- Regularly advising a number of state-owned enterprises on law of agriculture and forestry regulation (2001-2007).
- Consultant of GTZ Project for drafting of The Circular of on forest valuation in Vietnam (2008).
- Legal team member in charge of setting up and dissolving Board of preparation board for setting up PetroVietnam Bank (2008).
- Advising the VNF1 Distribution and retail JSC on its operation and founding shareholders corporate restructuring (2009-2010).
- Legal team member in advising Petrovietnam Exploration and Production Corporation in a number of internal restructuring, mergers and acquisitions M&A and offshore transactions.
