A graduate with Merit from the University of Wollongong (Australia) majoring in Finance and Management, Hieu has spent the last decade in the finance and investment management industry throughout Australia, Singapore and Vietnam. Since returning to Vietnam in 2002, he has served as Financial Control Assistant at Citibank Vietnam, Senior Investment Officer at Indochina Capital, and most recently, a divisional Director at Royal International Securities and subsequently An Binh Securities.
One of Vietnam’s pioneering CFA charterholders (2003) who has long been active in promoting towards a Member Society of CFA Institute in the country, Hieu has capitalized on his early return to dwell into the domestic financial markets as well as establish a solid professional network.
